The Drone as a First Responder Program will be launched in Bethesda and Friendship Heights soon. The drone will be stationed in Bethesda but will be positioned so that it will be able to respond to the Friendship Heights/DC line and some of the surrounding communities.  On July 17th, 7 pm at the BCC High School, there will be a community town hall to present the program and take questions from the audience. The Bethesda–Chevy Chase Regional Services team would like Friendship Heights to be represented at the meeting. You can learn more about the program here.
