The Shops at Wisconsin Place will have an all-day winter festival on December 2, from 1 pm to 6:30 pm. Come by the plaza in front of Bloomdingdale's for an afternoon full of holiday cheer! The event will feature music, including Victorian carolers and a New Orleans-style band, live ice sculpture carving, and hot cocoa. The event is free.
