Join the Friendship Heights Alliance for a film screening of Fault Lines: Inside the Housing Crisis, a film that delves headfirst into the epicenter of the housing crisis, to explain how we got here and predict where we might be headed.

Crossroads Conversations is a fall series presented by the Friendship Heights Alliance that explores compelling topics, neighborhood history, and unique skills led by brilliant minds, neighbors, and friends.

From directors Nate Houghteling (American Pathogen, State of Pride) and Yoav Attias (Brick City, Chicagoland) comes a new film that takes a street-level approach to the intersecting issues of housing affordability, homelessness, and local laws, using human stories to illuminate the impact of decades of policies that are now choking the Bay Area – and threatening to become a national emergency.

Date: Thursday, November 20, 6-8 pm
Location: Pavilion Pop-Up Community Space, 5301 Wisconsin Avenue NW
Access: Take Metro and get out at Friendship Heights. Follow signs to the Heights Office Building.
RSVP: This event is free but space is limited. RSVP is required
