Sunday Commons & Market

Sunday Commons is a weekly gathering focused on food, community activities, and occasional performances, on the sidewalk of 5210 Wisconsin Avenue (in front of the Pepco Substation). By transforming sidewalks into a vibrant civic space, this weekly market showcases the potential of small gathering places to foster social connections, strengthen community identity, and support local businesses. 

The spring series of Sunday Commons ran for 9 Sundays from April 27 – June 15 and the fall season of the market will run for 11 Sundays from September 7 – November 23.
