Sunday Commons: Sunday, September 13 at 10am - 2pm

Rhythm & Reset Workshop: Sunday, September 13 at 10am - 11am

Live performance by Sadia from 10am-12:30pm plus a whole body movement class by Claire Dries from 10-11am. The class will focus on mindfulness. Please bring a mat. No RSVP necessary.

Rhythm + Reset is a 30-minute, beat-driven class for teens that blends strength training, mobility, and mindfulness into one energizing flow. Set to music, participants move through bodyweight strength intervals to build endurance, followed by mobility work to increase flexibility and reduce tension. The class finishes with a short guided mindfulness segment to help reset and refocus. No experience needed—just come ready to move, sweat, and vibe. This class is designed to build confidence, support mental well-being, and make fitness feel fun and accessible.

Instructor Bio: Claire Dries is a group fitness instructor with over eight years of experience teaching in the DMV area. Her classes are upbeat, music-driven, and designed to be both effective and approachable. Claire is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where participants—especially teens—can build strength, reduce stress, and feel confident in their bodies.
