Join us for our September Third Thursday event, "Combating Social Isolation & Loneliness," where we tackle a topic that deeply impacts many of us. Whether you are experiencing it yourself or supporting someone who is, social isolation and loneliness are significant challenges in our increasingly disconnected world.

Our diverse panel of experts includes therapists, students, book club organizers, and community advocates, all dedicated to fostering connection and support. They will share insights, strategies, and resources to help us navigate these feelings and strengthen our community bonds.
Let’s put our phones down and come together to build more meaningful connections with our neighbors. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, share, and grow with others who understand and care.
